Ok, so the biggest thing we've been asked about is.....

FREE SHIPPING!

We think we've come up with the best Free Shipping terms anywhere!

Before going any further, we have to mention:

1) Free Shipping applies to residents of the United States or Canada, INCLUDING Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, and APO, FPO addresses (ie. any person who makes an order where that person's billing address has a US Zip code or Canada Postal Code and where that billing address matches the address on the credit card used for the order.) (Sorry to you who live in other countries, but it's just not a feasible option at this time.)

2) Free Shipping does NOT apply to pre-order items (please check the Pre-Orders category link on the lefthand side to see which items are Pre-Orders before ordering). Also, every item in Pre-order mode has its description preceded by the words "**This is Currently a Pre-Order Item**", so please read the descriptions.

3) Free Shipping does NOT apply to subscription account orders, or heavy statues/merchandise items that require exact postage or special handling.

4) Free shipping does NOT apply to Frequent Fan Plan reward orders with extended discounts.

5) FREE SHIPPING IS NOW EXTENDED AS A REGULAR POLICY.

What this means is that for the indefinite future we will offer this as a special bonus to anyone following the directions laid out below. The program has been warmly adopted by many, and this will be a welcome way for fans ands collectors alike to save money!

TO GET FREE SHIPPING HERE IS WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:

1.) Order at least 5 (five) different items, keeping in mined the above exclusions. If an exclusion appears, it can affect your order.

2.) Make sure that the total cost of your order is at least $75.00 BEFORE the shipping charge is added, and that the value of your alternates is enough to ensure that the final cost is also at least $75.00 BEFORE the shipping charge is added.

3.) Go to checkout and in the ORDER INSTRUCTIONS/COMMENTS area list at least 3 or more alternate items. That area appears in step four of the first part of the checkout process right before you proceed to payment. That's the place where you have to list them so that they come in with the order. Sorry, but if the alternates are not there, the order doesn't qualify.

(The reasons for alternates are numerous, and include but are not limited to inventory snafus, hot titles that we will apportion to make sure as many people get a shot at them as possible, inventory items that turn out to be damaged, and others. With the size of inventory we are managing, although we don't go looking for problems, problems can and have happened. incidentally, you can also tell us if we can add those items even if your order is complete without them!)

4.) Complete your payment and check out as usual.

IF YOU DO THOSE SIMPLE THINGS, THEN WHEN WE PROCESS YOUR ORDER WE WILL ELIMINATE THE SHIPPING CHARGES AND ADJUST THE AMOUNT OF YOUR ORDER TOTAL TO REFLECT THIS. YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL ONLY BE CHARGED THE REVISED TOTAL APPLYING TO THE ITEMS IN THE SHIPMENT.

You will only be charged for the actual products you order!
